SWAAIM

Our flag-ship product – SWAAIM – offers a digital platform for the Airspace Providers and Airports to digitalise Air Traffic Management (ATM) Services in the Aviation industry. Our technology brings the “Airports”, “Airlines”, “ANSPs” onto a single communication platform through which mission critical Information can be shared in Digital formats – FIXM, AIXM & WXXM – and on modern networks. Implemented on the global SWIM standards proposed by International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), the system can seamlessly integrate with systems of International players like FAA & EUROCONTROL, CAAS etc… The system is designed carefully in supportive of digital initiatives proposed by international Aviation community headed by ICAO through their ASBU program. Products such as Time-Based Operations (TBO), Free Use of Airspace (FUA) can be realized through our Digital Platform.

The fact that the Airports Authority of India (AAI) selected RTPL as their technology partner in their digital journey underscores the RTPLs vision and technical capability to deliver this digital platform. SWIM/AMHS GATEWAY

Anticipating the real-world challenge of deploying modern digital products into existing IT system, RTPL has designed a transition platform which allows gradual transition of existing IT systems into modern Digital systems. The SWIM Gateway offers services to integrate legacy system that is based on AFTN/AMHS ICAO formats with the Digital System which is based on SWIM based protocols – FIXM, AIXM, WXXM.

DNOTAM SYSTEM

Current NOTAM systems has limitations in terms of their expressiveness in the quality and quantity of information exchanged regarding critical events that impacts the ATS and AIS operations. The DNOTAM system aims to provide all the stake holders of ATM system with the same situational awareness. This awareness will help business in establishing a Collaborative Decision Making(CDM) among the participants.

DIGITAL BRIEFING SYSTEM

Pilots and ATCs often find it hard to decipher the amount of Information presented in their briefings. The data is not only humongous but also not so presentable. The lack of common understanding of the situation is deterrent to dynamic decision making. The digital briefing system will fix the problem by presenting information in more graphical formats such as Images, Maps and other visual aids so that all the stakeholders of Flight get to have a common Situational Awareness.

SWIM CORE SYSTEM

The SWIM core system offers efficient and high-performance SWIM Infrastructure layer through which Aeronautical Information & Air Traffic Information can be seamlessly distributed. Built on TCP/IP & SWIM Messaging Standards, the SWIM core system is inter-operable with any other IT systems — such as FAA, EUROCONTROL, CAAS etc. — with in the Aeronautical Information domain. FLIGHT OBJECT SERVICE (FOS)


The notion of Flight is changing in the digital world. In order to increase the Flight performance, the international community of civil aviation has come up with innovative concepts such as FF-ICE & TBOs etc. The Flight Object Service re-imagines the Flight lifecycle. The Best of Both Worlds – Access Control and Time-Attendance: Access Control defines security of valuable assets and Time-Attendance defines productivity of any organization. These two areas are inherently human- oriented, complex and challenging to automate.

Architecture

Door Controllers and their Readers are the front end terminals guarding and monitoring the entry and exit points. Readers can read contactless smart cards and hand geometry for identification. AC2000 Controller can monitor and control readers, doors and auxiliary input and output ports. EACS with new architecture assists user to connect geographically distributed sites in a simple way.

ACCESS CONTROL

The basic objective of any access control is to protect enterprise assets. The range and flexibility of access control features provided by RTPL eACS helps to achieve this objective. The primary access is controlled on three dimensions User, Zone and Time. This answers the three fundamental questions Who, Where and When. In addition, a range of value-added features like Anti-Pass Back, 2-Person Rule, First-In User, Blocked Users, Door Auto Relock, Guard Tour, Man-Trap and Visitor Management ensure fool-proof security of manpower and material.

Physical Zone

eACS physical access zone controls who (User) goes where (Access Zone) and when (Time). Access Zones can be created by dividing organization into various departments like, accounts, production, marketing or IT. Using this feature, employee of one department can be restricted from entering into another department. Sub zones can be created within an Access Zone to further regulate entry.

Zone-wise Card, Hand, PIN

Visitor Management System (VMS)

Visitor Pre-Registration

To speed up the registration process of a visitor, VMS facilitates web based prior appointment with a workflow guided approvals and security officers to approve to create a pass before the actual visit.

Visitor Pass Creation

eACS VMS gives an option to produce e-pass with access allotment and time duration. It carries information like address of organization, contact, escort if necessary and the person approving the pass. System captures biometrics and photograph of the visitor and issues smart card with user friendly operations.

Visitor Access:

Just like normal employee, visitor also can go through the access gates with biometric authentication.

Visitor Escort

VMS provides to select an escort with the visitor to ensure absolute security for the organization. Door/Gate will open only when both the visitor and the escort person’s smart card swipe.

Frequent Visitors

Some people such as courier boys, bank officials etc. visit the organization regularly. VMS keeps a database of past visitors so that security person does not need to enter the same user details every time to create a pass and get details from the database.

Visitor Watch List and Blocked Visitors:

When admin feels that particular visitors should not be allowed to the premises; he can add them to the Visitor Watch List. Moreover, he can block watch listed visitors to withdraw their access rights to premises.

Visitor Reports

Admin can create various reports such as visitor punch details, visitor access denied, pre-registered visitors, blocked visitors, visitor pass validity and status, expired passes etc. It can be viewed on the web or printed for further actions.

Enrollment

Employee and contract workers data pertaining to his/her personal details, photograph, signature and biometric template can be enrolled and stored in database.

Card Personalization

Smart cards can be personalized for individuals using the enrolled employee data.

Card Printing

Smart ID card printing software provides an option to select different layouts based on the category of the employee/worker and print the card. Single and bulk printing of ID cards can be done.

Time & Attendance Management (AMS)

It is very challenging to capture time attendance rules of an organization and automate them. AMS meet this objective by offering a superlative range of flexible functions. Shifts and Schedules, Late-In and Early-Out, over time, Comp-off, Absenteeism, Multiple Organizations, Past Adjustments, etc. are some of these rules. Each organization has different policies related to time attendance and leave management. This feature permits administrator to create multiple organizations and assign it to an employee. It also permits to generate outputs separately for different organizations. Selectable Entry-Exit Mode on Readers eACS provides the flexibility of using the same reader for entry as well as exit and thus eliminates the need of separate exit reader. System will automatically consider user punches for entry and exit depending on system programming.

Late-In/ Early-Out Policy

AMS software is a reliable tool to monitor late-in and early out of each employee based on his shift.

HR can create and assign these policies to an employee or a group of employees. Appropriate actions like leave deductions, officials or

personal marking etc. can be taken based on late in and early out entries of an employee.

Shifts and Schedules
