Proficient in Java8 and above
Thorough knowledge of MultiThreading & Collection Framework
Deep knowledge of Algorithms & Datastructures
Must be exeprienced with MQ, JMS & Webservices
Experience working with XML technologies – XML, XPATH, XSLT, XLINK – is an added advantage
DevOps & Agile
Being able to lead the team
Excellent programming skills preferably in Java or any other programming language
Knowledge in DevOps process and tools
Being able to work independently with minimum supervision

Create concepts, wireframes, and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences.
Design and create mock-ups and user journeys for a wide range of devices including mobile.
Strategically create new features and functionality based on user stories and behaviour.
Ability to clearly communicate research and design ideas to rest of the team and upper management.
Experienced user of UX software such as InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer.js, Quartz Composer, and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus

Responsibilities

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
Build page navigation buttons and search fields
Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images
